I am Victor Laybats, an AI and automation engineer based in Paris and founder of the IVRYN product studio. I work directly on scoping, code, deployment and ongoing operation.
I help turn a business need into an operable system: process mapping, architecture selection, integrations, testing, production deployment and monitoring. When an AI capability is relevant, I design it with evaluation criteria, limits and a fallback strategy.
I also build IVRYN products. That product work provides public examples of interfaces, infrastructure and operations, but it is not independent validation of my services.
I do not present a prototype as a production service, a lab score as a user outcome or a model output as truth. Automation depends on source systems, access rights, data quality and platform policies.
Commercial outcomes are published only when a measurement, a defined period and client permission support the claim.
