Register · scope · evidence level

Show the system without inventing the outcome.

The public portfolio presents architectures and interfaces. It currently publishes no client name, measurement window or attributable commercial outcome for these four examples, so they are described as systems rather than quantified case studies.

CRM pipeline

What is shown: an architecture for collection, qualification, CRM synchronisation and follow-up.

Public evidence: technical description and visual. No client name or quantified time saving is published.

Short-form content workflow

What is shown: preparation and coordination of a publishing flow for a short-form video platform.

Public evidence: visual and scope. No account growth or compliance outcome is publicly attributed.

AI support assistant

What is shown: context retrieval, response drafting, qualification and routing to a team.

Public evidence: reference architecture. No resolution rate, response time or client availability is published.

B2B prospecting pipeline

What is shown: targeting, enrichment, controls and sequence preparation.

Public evidence: functional chain. No prospect volume, conversion rate or financial outcome is published.

Why this distinction matters

A screenshot confirms that an interface exists. It does not confirm that the full system was used by a client, that it ran for a defined period or that it caused a commercial outcome. A reference architecture can still help explain the technical scope, integrations and controls that may be required.

The products publicly operated by IVRYN provide other verifiable elements: official domains, documentation, policies and public status. They remain first-party projects, not external testimonials.

When a case study is published

Permission

The client approves its identification, quotations and the data made public.

Measurement

The outcome has a definition, source, period and, where possible, a comparable baseline.

Attribution

Other changes that occurred during the measurement period are disclosed.

Transferability

The note gives enough context to understand why the outcome will not transfer automatically.

Missing evidence will not be replaced with fictional clients, paraphrased quotations presented as testimonials or unsourced numbers.

Assess a similar project

The methodology covers scoping, security, evaluation and operation. A qualification conversation determines whether the need, access and risk level allow for a responsible engagement.
